I enjoyed my stay with a charming view of the ocean and the beautiful decor, but the lack of an elevator was definitely a challenge. I'd stay here again despite that!

the hotel is super close to eagle park, perfect for a relaxing stroll, and just a short walk away from the waterfront where you can explore shops and eateries, making it a fantastic base for weekend adventures.

This hotel captures the charm of Ketchikan with its historic vibe. The location near the docks made it easy for me to board my cruise, which was a huge plus. I loved how spacious my room felt. The cleanliness was impressive, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee on the landing between floors. The memory foam pillow top beds provided great comfort at night, leading to some of the best sleeps I’ve had on my trip. There’s a lovely bakery a couple of blocks away for breakfast, which was a great recommendation during my stay. However, I faced a couple of issues. The heating system was quite noisy at times, and I couldn’t control it much. I also noticed a lack of daily housekeeping. I had to ask for clean towels. Plus, not having a breakfast option right in the hotel can be inconvenient. If you’re sensitive to noise, it’s worth requesting a room away from the street because of potential disturbances from nearby nightlife.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making my solo stay enjoyable. The room had a clean, fresh feel and featured a lovely ocean view. I appreciated the muffins and juice available in the lounge area each morning.

Perfectly located—close to everything, including great food and spectacular views! My room was clean and cozy, and I could just stroll out to enjoy the waterfront.
